2010 Purina All-Age Brittany of the Year Award

The 2010 Purina Award Winner was DC Ru-Jem's A Touch Of Bourbon owned by Ruth & Jerry McGee and handled by Jerry McGee. Chug is out of Mo-Kan Bimbo by Bourbon XIII. He is now the first dog to win this award two years in a row and he did it in an impressive fashion by placing in 15 of the 43 qualifying stakes that were run. Important wins included the International Championship, Michigan Championship, Jim Holman Classic & Dixieland Championship.
The 2010 Award was presented at the Blue Mountain Club House Saturday after Thanksgiving. Roy Pelton was on hand representing Purina and Ross Young came down from Missouri to present the painting of Chug for last years win. We're privileged to have had him paint the winners since the inception of this Award in 1986. Well over 120 people were on hand for the presentation and a good time was had by all.
